Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Schema (the “Service”), an Internal Medicine Training interview preparation platform operated by Doctor Devify Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Educational use only

The Schema is an educational product. Content, model answers, and resources on the Service are intended to support your preparation for the UK Internal Medicine Training interview. Nothing on the Service replaces clinical judgement, official regulatory guidance, or advice from your training programme or supervisor. Always verify critical information against the authoritative source (GMC, NHS England, your Trust, your Royal College).

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for any activity carried out under your account. Keep your login credentials safe and don’t share access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid tiers are billed as described at the point of purchase. Where we offer an appointability refund guarantee, the specific conditions are set out on the pricing page at the time of your purchase and apply only if those conditions are met. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, audio, framework structures, and the I SPIED branding, is owned by Doctor Devify Ltd or licensed to us. You may use it for your own personal interview preparation. You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape content at scale, share paid content with non-subscribers, or use the Service in any way that would bring the medical profession or Doctor Devify Ltd into disrepute.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Devify Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
